Barbecue Pork Chop Recipe
These pork chops are baked with a “no effort” homemade barbecue sauce and are delicious!
Best served with creamy mash potato and fresh peas.
Ingredients
- 6 Pork chops
- 1 Medium onion (Halved and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Brown sugar or Honey
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Dash of Cayenne pepper
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees celsius
- Place pork chops in a casserole dish or on a baking tray
- Place sliced onion over the pork chops
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chops are tender
