Savoury Tuna Tart Recipe
This tuna tart can be served alone as a meal. This dish can also easily be served as a meal, served well with a potato salad.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tins of Tuna (One with vegetable oil and one with saltwater)
- 1 tin of Tomato and onion mix
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- Thyme to taste
Method
- Soak the break in the milk till soft and mash with a fork
- Add in the salt and pepper
- Drain the tuna and add to the mixture
- Add 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- Add the tin of tomato and onion
- Mix well and pour into a glass oven-safe dish
- Sprinkle with thyme
- Bake for 60 minutes for 180 C
