Shanghai Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 grams Beef cubes or strips
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Green pepper chopped
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 25 ml Cornflour
- 15 ml Sugar
- 5 ml Zeal
Miscellaneous
- Cooking oil (For frying)
- Tenderiser (Optional)
Method
- Optional: Lightly coat the beef with tenderiser
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the meat overnight
- Stirfry the ingredients that you prepared the day before until the beef is cooked through
- Serve with rice or noodles
