Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Why stick to the old traditional salads when you can try new and tasty ones? This cauliflower salad is ideal to be served with a braai or with cold meats.
In addition, you can make this salad with various additional ingredient combinations.

Ingredients
- 1 Medium cauliflower
- 60 ml Mayonnaise
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Sugar
- 2,5 ml Mustard powder
- 1 Small onion (chopped)
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Boil cauliflower in a large casserole with salt until soft but still crispy
- Drain and rinse in cold water and rinse off in cold water, dry with tissue towel
- Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Add cauliflower and onions and mix well
- Add salt and pepper to your taste
- Cover and leave to cool for about 30 minutes before serving

- Shredded ham
- Chopped mushrooms
- Boiled eggs
- Chopped gherkins
