This tart is so easy to make and it always goes down well amongst family and friends.
- 250 grams Cremora
- 125 ml Cold Water
- 125 ml Lemon juice
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 1 packet Tennis biscuits
- Mix the cremora and cold water until smooth
- Add the condensed milk and mix well
- Add the lemon juice and mix until the mixture thickens
- Pour over the tennis biscuits and allow to set in the fridge for about 10 minutes
